The Electra One Bedroom Suites are the ideal Vancouver home-away-from-home for
business and leisure travelers. Suitable for 1 - 3 people.
The Electra building is on the corner of Nelson and Burrard St., centrally
located in downtown Vancouver. Please visit Location page for maps.
The Electra One Bedroom Suites features:
- Quiet corner unit with 9 foot high floor to ceiling tinted windows,
providing a panoramic view of Downtown
Vancouver.
- Hardwood floor.
- High speed internet access / wireless connection.
- Full cable TV with movie channels, DVD, and Stereo system.
- Free local telephone calls with voicemail.
- Fully equipped kitchen including fridge, stove, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and all utensils.
- Bedroom has a bedroom set with pillow top queen size bed, fine
linens, Down Duvet comforter, and four pillows assures you of a good night
sleep.
- Living room with a pullout double size Sealy sofa bed.
- All bedding, linens and towels.
- Iron, ironing boards, hairdryers, and AM/FM alarm clock.
- First Aid kit on site.
- All utilities including heat, air conditioning and electricity.
- A small office center with fax, laser printer, copier, and scanner is
included.
- A computer is available upon request at $5.00 CAD/day, $25.00 CAD/week.
- Free laundry facilities located on each floor.
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and once every two weeks.
Additional housekeeping can be arranged upon request, for an additional fee.
- Approx. 617 sq. ft.
- Access to The Electra's Fitness Club with dry saunas, showers, and lockers.
- Recreational facilities include a billiards room, Home Theater room, Table Tennis room, Party room with full kitchen, outside patio with BBQ area.
- Secure bicycle storage room.
- Parking space available for $10.00 CAD per day.
- All non-smoking suites.

- We accept payment by Visa or MasterCard, Cash, Traveler's checks, Bank transfers, certified checks or money orders in US or Canadian funds.
- Short Term Stay, (Less than one month):
1.) A deposit of $200.00 CAD is required to confirm your reservation.
2.) Full payment is due 7 days prior to arrival.
3.) Payments are payable by cash, Traveler's checks, Bank transfers, certified checks, money orders, Visa or Master Card.
- Extended Term Stay, (Monthly rentals):
1.) A deposit of $500.00 CAD is required to confirm your reservation.
2.) Balance of the first month rental is due upon check-in.
3.) One half month security deposit is payable upon check-in, and will be refunded upon satisfactory check-out inspection.
4.) Payments are payable by cash, Traveler's checks, Bank transfers, certified checks, money orders, Visa or Master Card plus processing fees.
- Registered guests must be 21 years of age or older.
- Cancellation Policy:
Short Term Stay, (Less than one month): Reservation deposit is refundable with a 45 day cancellation notice.
$50 cancellation fee will be charged. Less than 7 days cancellation notice is subject to the original booking reservation charge. No other exceptions.
Extended Term Stay, (Monthly rentals): Reservation deposit is refundable with a 45 day cancellation notice.
$150 cancellation fee will be charged. Less than 14 days cancellation notice is subject to the
first month rent. No other exceptions.
- Check-in time: 4:00 PM due to housekeeping requirements and no
later than 9:00 PM.
- Check-out time: 11:00 AM
- No pets are allowed
- No smoking allowed
