The Wall Centre Studio
The Wall Centre Studios are spacious 460-470 sq. ft. studios. Suitable for 1-2 people.
The Wall Centre Studios features:
- Wonderful mountain and city views.
- High speed internet access.
- Full cable TV with movie channels, and DVD stereo system.
- Free local telephone calls with voicemail.
- Fully equipped kitchen including fridge, stove, microwave oven, dishwasher,
coffee maker, toaster and all utensils.
- Equipped with King or Queen size bed, fine linens, Down Duvet comforter,
and four pillows assures you of a good night sleep.
- A computer is available upon request at $5.00 CAD/day, $25.00 CAD/week.
- All bedding, linens and towels.
- Iron, ironing boards, hairdryers, and AM/FM alarm clock.
- First Aid kit on site.
- Complimentary coffee and tea.
- All utilities including heat, air conditioning and electricity.
- Approx. 460-470 sq. ft.
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and once every two weeks.
Additional housekeeping can be arranged upon request, for an additional fee.
- Access to the health club for 2 people is included. State of the art
exercise equipment, a European-style lap pool, personal trainers, Jacuzzis,
saunas and a hair salon.
Treadmills, Stairmasters, Gravitron, Lifecircuit system, Apex weight equipment,
Cybex weight equipment, Spinnaker cycles and free weights. As well as a
50-foot lap pool, there are two Jacuzzis, a co-ed steam room and sauna, full
change room facilities, complimentary towel service and complimentary day
locker service.
- Parking space available for $10.00 CAD per day.
- Non-smoking suite.
- Children over 10 years of age are welcomed.

- We accept payment by Visa or MasterCard, Cash, Traveler's
checks, Bank transfers, certified checks or money orders in US or
Canadian funds.
- Short Term Stay, (Less than one month):
1.) A deposit of $200.00 CAD is required to confirm your reservation.
2.) Full payment is due 7 days prior to arrival.
3.) Payments are payable by cash, Traveler's checks, Bank transfers, certified checks, money orders, Visa or Master Card.
- Extended Term Stay, (Monthly rentals):
1.) A deposit of $500.00 CAD is required to confirm your reservation.
2.) Balance of the first month rental is due upon check-in.
3.) One half month security deposit is payable upon check-in, and will be refunded upon satisfactory check-out inspection.
4.) Payments are payable by cash, Traveler's checks, Bank transfers, certified checks, money orders, Visa or Master Card plus processing fees.
- Registered guests must be 21 years of age or older.
- Cancellation Policy:
Short Term Stay, (Less than one month): Reservation deposit is refundable with a 45 day cancellation notice.
$50 cancellation fee will be charged. Less than 7 days cancellation notice is subject to the original booking reservation charge. No other exceptions.
Extended Term Stay, (Monthly rentals): Reservation deposit is refundable with a 45 day cancellation notice.
$150 cancellation fee will be charged. Less than 14 days cancellation notice is subject to the
first month rent. No other exceptions.
- Check-in time: 4:00 PM due to housekeeping requirements and no
later than 9:00 PM.
- Check-out time: 11:00 AM
